Supplied to the market in multiple formats and/or variants, depending on the anatomical portion of the pig, the grain size or the type of flavoring used, different types of sausage are obtained: ham, pieces, ground, spicy, fennel. They are suitable for the composition of any type of dish.
The sausage dough is prepared with the anatomical parts of the shoulder and belly of pork. After a careful selection of raw materials, the meat raw material is minced and flavored with the best seasonings that will form an ideal dough for multiple recipes. Our dough is great for preparing meat sauce, meatballs, burgers, or a delicious risotto.

They can be found in the LOD stalls, already spiced and ready to cook, and come in a variety of flavors: salt and pepper, pork ribs in bbq sauce, Mexican and smoked BBQ ribs. They are obtained thanks to the precise sectioning of our boners and are well flavored during the churning process, which evenly spreads the taste across the whole surface of the ribs. Thanks to the precious packaging, in vacuum bags, they are kept in optimal conditions for a long time.
