Our flavored pork ribs, created by Cioli Egidio, are among the most requested products, not only in Ariccia’s market, but also in all Castelli Romani markets. They can be found in the LOD stalls, already spiced and ready to cook, and come in a variety of flavors: salt and pepper, pork ribs in bbq sauce, Mexican and smoked BBQ ribs.

They are obtained thanks to the precise sectioning of our boners and are well flavored during the churning process, which evenly spreads the taste across the whole surface of the ribs. Thanks to the precious packaging, in vacuum bags, they are kept in optimal conditions for a long time. The ribs add an enticing element to any meal, whether it be one for a family meal or a picnic with friends.
